You will utilize your exceptional presentation and relationship building skills to convey theCiscovalue proposition to large groups ofsalespeople to influence mutual growth. You will also work closely with both the inside and fieldsalesteams to ensure we get the most benefit from the partnership. What you will do:
Develop and leverage executive partner relationships to growCiscomindshare across all levels of the partnership
Generate enthusiasm and passion forCiscoproducts among partnersalesandengineeringteams
Co-create differentiated solutions and build strong architecture practices
Build, deliver and maintain quarterlybusinessplans together with your Partner Alliance Directors
Develop and oversee marketing,salesplays and incentive programs to drivesales
Identify competency gaps and coordinatesalesandtechnicaltraining for partners with subject matter experts
Facilitate communications and, manage the pipeline and deal flow between partner andCiscosalesreps
Who You'll Work With: Partner Account Managers work closely with their Partner(s), other Ecosystem partners, Account Managers,BusinessDevelopmentteams, SystemsEngineers and otherCiscoChannelteamresources to ensure the success of the joint partnership. Working closely with the Partner Executive andSalesLeadershipto ensure alignment and to understand your Partner businessmodel, profitability levers, and strategic objectives. This individual should be an advocate for the unique value that their Partner(s) and Ecosystem partners brings to the market.

Businessacumen inCloudtechnologies, SaaS, Managed Services and different partnerbusinessmodels and new consumption models
A demonstrated ability to think strategically aboutbusiness,product, andtechnicalchallenges to build and convey a compelling value propositions for Partners

5+ years’ experience working with a Manufacturer or Partner in theTechnologyIndustry
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent experience
Strong executive presence and financial acumen
A flexible personality to work within a geographically distributed and matrix environment.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills
Tenacious and aggressive “hunter” mentality
Good working knowledge ofCisco’s portfolio of solutions and market positioning desired
Ability to articulate the value oftechnologyin terms of what it allows customers to do, versus the speeds and feeds of aproduct
Excellent written & verbal communications, influencing, and presentation skills in English & French
