The Security Business Group (SBG) Customer Success team is looking for a Manager of Program Management to lead a team focused on operationalizing programs that produce impactful business outcomes. This leader will work cross-functionally to establish and ensure consistent processes that support the business units’ goals. This leader will also cultivate a team that shares best practices and develops skills to be effective partners to various team leaders. 


Responsibilities of the role: 

  • Lead a team of 4-6 program managers focusing on different areas of the SBG CS business.

  • Define and own overall program management governance.

  • Support the development of new programs that align to overall SBG CS objectives.

  • Ensure partnership with group leaders to define and execute quarterly key projects.

  • Identify areas of growth & opportunities within the different SBG teams that can be improved through process improvements and standardizations.

  • Ensure efficient communication between and within programs, including reporting to relevant stakeholders on varying program-level information.

  • Creating and managing long-term goals for the program management team.

  • Design consistent escalation processes and communication forums across teams.

  • Partner with different management groups as well as our training/enablement, data, and strategy teams to best understand upcoming program needs.


Skills for the role:

  • Experience leading or mentoring program managers. 

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments and SBG products.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at the same time.

  • Passion for developing program plans, process improvements, and professional development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
