Socio is looking for a Manager of Inbound Sales Development to join our growing team as we continue to scale. This role will serve as a coach, a mentor and a processor, all rolled into one, high-energy people manager. You will have the chance to lead a team of inbound sales development reps with a variety of different backgrounds. What You’ll Do:

  • Mentor a team of inbound sales development reps on sales discovery and qualification, warm calls and emails & other sales tactics.
  • Mentor your team as they kickstart and grow their sales career.
  • Level up daily processes to enhance team wins.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI’s.
  • Hire, train and lead sales development reps.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to optimize our business development strategies.
  • Learn and develop a detailed understanding of our platform and industry.
  • Empower individuals and team to exceed objectives through mentor, regular communication of results, and creative incentives.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of professional sales or sales development experience and/or 2+ years of management experience in a B2B SaaS environment (management experience preferred).
  • Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations.
  • Proven track record to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize sales tactics.
  • Demonstrated experience optimally leading/motivating people to achieve performance goals.
  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
