The IT – Customer Zero Engineering team is looking for a Manager to lead a team of innovative, agile DevOpos engineers. You will help us define, isolate, and tackle original problems in the enterprise network infrastructure domain. In this role, you will guide our group from the front, build a pipeline of talent behind you and help craft a technology story for Cisco. If unboxing the newest technology makes your day, lead our team to build new solutions through iteration, hands-on design, and augmentative automation. Define, isolate and seek ambiguous business problems and address them with new solutions, systems, processes and designs.
Influence strategic decision makers, engaging with a broad set of stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple disciplines, build relationships and communicate strategy, architecture and technology to the broader internal community
Synthesize team experience into feedback to Product Engineering Leadership (Director level+ as well as technical)
Create and present executive level collateral on the business value of technology internally and externally

Proven leadership of a technical team, at least 7 years is required.
Knowledge in practice and application of enterprise networking, wireless, SDWAN:
Secure access networks, wired and wireless
WAN Circuits, BGP, OSPF, IPSec
Network system controllers, Network-as-Code
Broad expertise with Cisco portfolio:
Cisco DNAC, Assurance for wireless, Cisco ISE (preferred)
WLC, eWLC, IOS-XE
Cisco Catalyst and Software-Defined Access, IP Fabrics
Cisco Viptela vManage, Meraki SDWAN
Enterprise operational experience 10+ years required
Technical leadership and communication – teach and explain complexity and purpose to multiple levels
Network Management and application management on networks is highly desired
Understanding of Security as applied to networks and cloud is highly desired
Knowledge of Linux shells and tools, Git code repositories, infrastructure-as-code
Using automation to expand your impact and drive DevSecOps
Python, Ansible, and/or Cisco NSO for infrastructure automation
Experience and Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
Cisco Certifications are always a plus as are those from cloud providers
