What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced design lead who can support Meraki product teams as they adopt the Magnetic Design System. You’ll provide guidance, direction and hands on design support to unify our product experiences. You will collaborate with teams and roll up your sleeves to ensure teams understand the adoption processes, frameworks and support. You will support teams as they make design and development decisions sometimes acting in a contributing designer role focused on adoption to help ensure feature sets are designed consistently and leveraged across our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand where there are gaps and opportunities for further alignment across the portfolio. Influence and relationship-building are key since decision-making is distributed.

Our team's primary focus is on software, and we also find opportunities to collaborate with teams across the organization to think about how to improve the entire customer journey. Meraki believes the quality of our products is dependent on the quality of our teams. We place a high value on nurturing the growth and development of everyone on our team, giving and receiving feedback early and often, sharing what we know, and learning from each other.

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
