What You'll Do
You will lead Asset Managers for AMER within Workforces Experience Services. You will be responsible for successful Asset Management service delivery for GES South customers measured via key KPIs and by working in close partnership with key CX and Sales Stakeholders, Customers and Partners.
As a manager of 10+ employees, your objectives are determined by evolving business priorities and offer evolution. You will optimize process workflow, supervise delivery compliancy, ensuring efficient workload management across your group and supervising for quality deliverables. You and your team will have direct contact with customers and mid to senior level CX and Sales leadership and provide a high level of influence on major Installed Base initiatives across CPS. You will need to make timely and sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty while being accountable for daily business operations, customer and stakeholder satisfaction in alignment to the defined priorities, individual and team development and performance management
Who You'll Work With
Asset Management team will work closely with CPS IBA team, CX BCS Delivery & SFC teams and Renewal Managers, Sales, Partners and customers to ensure Asset Management service deliver the outcome aligned with the service description, key KPIs and customer expectations. The ability to communicate effectively, influence, and negotiate above and across. You will partner with peer-level managers multi-functionally and are responsible for individual and team development. You assist in strategic development/implementation for the organization and develop long-term business relationships with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are
You have knowledge of Service Delivery / Operations and the key aspects of the End-to-End lifecycle management. You are a proven leader in driving service delivery and business process improvements and transformation. You love challenges that require logic and analysis and can synthesize the issues into manageable priorities. Minimum requirements include:
BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years of experience including 2-5 years of team lead or management experience.
Validated management skills
Previous experience& knowledge in Lifecycle Management / Asset Management
Knowledge of CX and Sales priority management and understanding of cross-functional intricacies is also preferred
