We are looking for an inspiring individual to analyze inventory across Silicon One supply chain and provide business recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Create overall inventory forecast which includes Net Inventory EOH projections by QTR to support finance forecast at all stages (RAW, WIP, FG)
  • Release inventory action plans to supplier commodity management on a weekly basis to meet Inventory targets
  • Responsible for managing and reconciling inventory counts and communicating any discrepancies.
  • Mitigate E&O through appropriate collaborative and analytical techniques.

o Weekly update on non-moving / Aging inventory across Silicon One Supply Chain o Document and present E&O inventory analysis on a QTRLY basis and execute root cause analysis to minimize inventory exposure

Who You'll Work With

  • Product Supply Planning & Fulfillment, Material & Capacity Planning, Global Inventory Management & Manufacturing Logistics Operations along with extended partners (e.g. Global Supplier Management)
  • You'll partner with Supply Chain eco-system partners to optimize the Si supply chain and operations to meet key business metrics.

Who You Are

  • You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, prefer in semiconductor industry
  • Strong analytical skill, summarize analysis and provide recommendation and  next steps
  • Pay attention to details. Able to perform deep dive trouble shooting, identifying root causes and recommend ratification action.
  • Excellent knowledge of demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution and processes.
  • Deep understand on various planning methodologies. Able to associate different methodology, its outcome and potential shor fall
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Able to work independently and deliver results
  • You are adept at influencing partner executives and are capable of influencing internal decision-makers to make decisions aligned with strategies and objectives benefiting the entire organization.
  • Strong coordination skill. Ability to work with cross functional teams to establish, consolidate and align processes from scratch.
  • Drive continuous improvements efforts
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skillset. Hands on experience in Oracle is a plus

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
