The industry marketing manager responsible for developing industry vertical marketing impact and insights that improve Cisco industry credibility, enhance customer online and offline experience and contributes to revenue. This role plays the key role to drive the industry marketing campaign and develop customer journey. Define and execute the persona-based content strategy.



Align with the business priorities to define the industry marketing strategies, lead the annual marketing planning and quarterly base execution;

Translate the business objectives to marketing campaigns/programs, define the integrated campaigns from the concept to program execution;

Well know the market trends, use the market insights to create full funnel content to support entire customer journey;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing programs

Leverage standard reporting dashboards to continually optimize performance across the marketing mix. 

Experience Required

5-8 years experience of leading integrated campaigns, preferably in high technology marketing or the industries marketing background.

Ability to manage a project from concept to launch, and data driven to find the gap and manage the ROI.

Creative thinking and writing skills (e.g. define the campaign message, customer successful story writing)

Good digital skills

Strong oral and written communication skills both Chinese and English
