Own end-to-end delivery and operational process for a world class Data Science practice. Manage by empowerment and outcomes, supporting flexible and creative techniques, providing rock solid business outcomes.
Establish and/or refine tight support relationships with 3rd party software and service providers (Snowflake, GCP, etc)
Define and improve operations process workflows for Legal service processes, application maintenance, security posture assurance, and Export, Transform, and Load (ETL) data flows.
Automate operations processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning where possible. Drive support vendors to use this technology in their operations.
Coach and guide the development of team members spanning multiple functional areas.
Drive hiring and initial development of early-in-career/new hires, working in partnership with functional domain leaders.

Minimum requirements include:
Has at least 3-5 years of data and analytics management experience and is extremely familiar with Data Science methodologies and technologies.
Data and analytics experience with strong emphasis on Legal and/or investigative processes.
Data engineering background with expertise in ETL processes, data modelling, and data architectures or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with third party APIs and SDKs
CI/CD tool experience: Jira Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, uDeploy or similar
Expertise with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development
Passion and ability to lead and mentor more junior engineers
Application security - experience in resolution and implementation
Cloud and Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker
