What You Will Do

You will focus on transformation and innovation to successfully deliver technical solutions, support, and oversight for Cisco internal and external events and live broadcasts.

In this highly visible role as an IT Project Manager you will:
o   Craft, influence, and deliver Cisco IT events technology solutions
o   Envision and outline requirements for a cloud live streaming environment and technology solutions for Cisco internal and external events
o   Deliver events and live streaming solutions to power Cisco communications, employee engagement and showcase Cisco solutions

You will be outlining requirements, delivering, and supporting the next generation live events and streaming collaboration and social platform, empowering Cisco and our employees to engage, collaborate and transform. You will collaborate and influence as part of an innovative, high performing and disruptive team focused on delivering results and transforming our global collaboration experience.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications and Desired Skills:
o   Relevant hands on experience and education or training
o   High performer with innovative mindset
o   Influence, drive and deliver results and a culture of delivery
o   Lead delivery and oversight for live streaming, social interaction, and virtual events environment
o   Bold and disruptive mindset
o   Collaborative teammate with strong interpersonal skills
o   Ability to deliver and communicate in a fast-paced, high impact environment enabling Cisco’s  communications and events and protecting Cisco brand
o   Hands on experience in live events delivery and management
o   Experience with Cisco’s collaboration technology portfolio and integration into live events delivery
o   Experience with live monitoring and war room oversight for live events
o   Experience with creating and validating technology and support solutions for live events
o   Experience with Agile Development, Scrum/Kanban, Jira, Product Owner roles and methodologies
•    Strong interpersonal and communications skills
