What you’ll Do

The Enterprise Release Management Organization is looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team to play a role as an IT Change Management Lead

Who You Are

Responsible for the execution of Change Management Process. Key role would be on reviewing changes for consistency to defined processes, ensuring it works with all other meaningful processes, Defining and Implementing processes related Cloud Native transformations across platforms (Local, Public and Hybrid Cloud environments), setting targets and reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits and managing the process improvement cycle.


  • Manages and coordinates all activities necessary to control, track and audit Changes for Local & Cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of Cloud Services and Change management process for Cloud platforms is a must.
  • Review all proposed changes, track compliance and approvals across platforms.
  • Schedule and Manage CAB meeting and work with partners for Change assessment and approvals
  • Provide input into the planning and scheduling of changes, including assisting with customer coordination, reviewing risk and impact.
  • Communicate Change Board activities to Partners
  • Evaluates performance metrics against the defined critical success factors and institutes actions to accurate shortcomings or further streamline the process as necessary
  • Validate & Recommend requests for Configuration Management Systems (CMS) improvements
  • Responsible to review Change Schedule (CS) for conflicts
  • Audits and manages the process lifecycle and continuously improve the process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework is a must.
  • CM Tools & Cloud service Knowledge – Service Now, Jira, Tableau, Cloud service providers process and tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in service management support
  • BS or MS degree required.
