We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Hardware Engineering team whose mission will be to make an impact on product launches for a multi-billion dollar business. This person will have a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to dive in and get things done, all while keeping the big picture in sight.
Your Impact
Proven track record of leading complex hardware product schedules and engineering builds down to the small details
High-level understanding & background in Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, RF, etc engineering subject areas
Basic understanding of embedded software development, device drivers, & software release methodology
Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remain flexible and calm
Sound understanding of JDM (joint development manufacturer) engagement model
Managing and ensuring a flawless product transition from NPI to sustaining
Build and track product schedules through NPI, coordinating with EE, ME, software, sourcing, packaging, certification, compliance, and quality teams
Work across technology groups & business units to drive common processes & deliverables
Who You'll Work With
This highly visible role that partners with Meraki’s HW Engineering, SW Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Compliance, Sourcing, GSM, JDM Partners, & GTM teams in driving strategy and execution for several NPI programs for switching (MS), access points (MR), & similar enterprise/SMB products

Your expertise and collaborative style enables you to coordinate both internal teams & JDM partners to meet or exceed the committed performance
You Have
BS and/or MS in EE/ME/IE or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus)
7-10 years experience in a hardware engineering program management
3+ years of experience working with Asia-based JDMs and/or CMs
Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills
