Our team is looking for forward-thinking, hardworking, and passionate ASIC engineers to help lead Cisco through the digital transformation of today. You will be challenged to tap into your expertise to architect, design, verify, and implement Cisco’s next generation of state of the art ASICs.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing specifications and testplans.
  • Specification and test plan reviews.
  • Implementing RTL designs.
  • Buidling test cases, scripts, reference models and testbenches.
  • Running and debugging regressions.
  • Generating and analyzing code coverage. 
  • Triage, debug, and root cause simulation, software bring-up, and customer failures.
  • Perform diagnostic and post silicon validation tests in the lab.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer engineering.
  • Excellent Verilog/System Verilog programming skills.
  • Strong interactive and waveform debug skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-focused with the commitment to learn and grow.
  • Understanding of networking and packet forwarding architectures highly desirable.
  • Scripting experience (Python, Perl, TCL, shell programming) highly desirable.
