What you'll do
You will have the opportunity to gain exposure in the area of talent development. You will create and co-manage a project to review existing programs in Cisco by which we attract and hire early in career professionals and measure success of such programs. You will identify gaps & opportunities, co-design and propose a best-in-class program for ASEAN, with the ability for structured rotation that will target to attract best talent. You will outline a clear action plan for launching such a program, identifying key measures of success and points of failure with a strategy that mitigates and addresses these successfully.

Who you'll work with?
You will report to the Head of People & Communities for ASEAN and Korea. You will work with P&C teams across ASEAN, regionally and globally and spend time with business leaders and employees to test your proposals and ideas.
Minimum qualifications· University degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Experience with leading projects and managing programs
