What You'll Do
You'll be a member of both the Regional IT and the Cisco Krakow Operations teams. Within Regional IT, you would assist with orchestrating the deployment of IT solutions and managing relationships with internal clients across the region. Within the Cisco Krakow Operations team, you would be focused on creating, building and executing exciting projects to maintain and expand Cisco's reputation as Poland's #1 place to work. In both cases, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of activities and client facing projects with moderate to high levels of technical and/or business complexity and risk and you'll have a lot of say in shaping how they evolve.
Who You'll Work With
Within the Cisco Krakow Operations team role, you will initiate and Build out employee engagement initiatives, assist with the coordination of both internal/external executive visits and major site events. You will assist with the Governance of the site operations as well interface with Connected Poland, our employee driven engagement initiative and help to build the "amazing" in the Cisco Krakow community.
Within the Regional IT role, you will be partnering with business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes, manage project scope, value case and adoption plans. You'll be defining and managing project scope, requirements, project plan/schedule, and resource needs as well as leading and facilitating requirements review sessions, obtaining sign-off from business users/stakeholders. You will coordinate with cross-functional peers to ensure alignment and assess project dependencies and impact.
Who You Are
You will have a BS Business, CS or equivalent plus a number of years of project lead experience and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
You'll be a self-starter that takes the initiative and receives minimal direction toward daily goals and objectives with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll be highly proficient in engaging with senior stakeholders and establishing partnerships. You are someone excited about delivering high-impact results working with global virtual teams within a technical environment. You will act as both a consultant and partner: helping customers, clients and partners to understand their business needs, using collaborative approach.
You'll have a strong business acumen; ability to gain an insightful view of the overall business landscape and apply to own assignments. Most importantly, you'll be a people person who loves to have fun and create great team environments.
