What You'll Do
Responsible for all portfolio reporting and analytics in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders. Working with Global Real Estate Planner and Real Estate Data and Analytics Manager to align with industry and define portfolio metrics and Balanced Scorecard. Working with Finance, REL, Biz Ops and Planners, responsible for the total global roll-up of the total cost of ownership CFO model. Ensure capital, lease and expense related investments are in alignment with Global Site Modernization and future Hybrid demand. Publish and communicate global plans, metrics and strategy to theater delivery teams. With Global Planner and CRMs, review global workforce priorities and integrate into portfolio and location plans. Transfers plans and knowledge to delivery team for implementation, including analysis of regional plans to ensure alignment on Cisco financial targets and initiatives.
Who You Are
- Ability to take numerous data points and create succinct, cohesive, metrics and scorecards
- Create and guide to conclusion appropriate scenarios and business cases, taken from multiple sources to create a global strategic plan
- Successfully work across a matrixed org
- Excellent written and verbal communicator and presenter
- Drive an efficient total cost of ownership process
- BA/BS + 10-12 years related experience
- MBA, MCR, MCRw or SLCR
