Who We Are

Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) Team is on a journey of creating a Virtual Sales Go To Market for the Systems Engineering teams at Cisco. This journey will result in a Transformation of the experience for our customers, partners, stakeholders and employees, driving higher relevance and stronger business results for Cisco. Two of Cisco's top priorities are focusing on growth in the Commercial market globally; and building an Industry Leading Cloud/Software Sales Engine.

Our Global Virtual Sales & Engineering organization, which leverages virtual technology to grow revenue and build relationships with customers and partners, is expanding our sales coverage to help accelerate these areas of the business.

What You'll Do

Chief of Staff: Lead all aspects of strategic business initiatives from development through execution in collaboration with senior leadership and x-architectural global teams. Improve current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity

Design & lead execution of transformation initiatives that support long range strategies and annual plans where necessary, especially as it pertains to changing business models related to SaaS

Run the business processes include leading process for internal quarterly business reviews, on demand business insights and reporting to Geo leaders, leading agendas for SLT weekly and quarterly meetings.

The ideal candidate will bring their success-driven work ethic, ability to develop talent, excellent communication skills, fast-paced work style, and history of strong performance in leading diverse teams in a dynamic, challenging and changing environment. Demonstrable skills in management and leadership are also required. Candidates who possess strong sales coaching skills and a passion for developing others are highly desired.

Drive key initiatives globally, including Automation, Insights, Speed to Expertise, and Evolve the talent Development Model.

Minimum Qualifications

- BS/BA or equivalent

- min 8 years related sales with 4-5 years leadership experience in related field

- Demonstrated track record of success

- Cisco sales, product & technical certifications strongly desired

- Native/fluency in English
