WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cisco's Corporate FP&A team is looking for a Financial Analyst to build process and templates for the Quarterly Business Outlook (QBO). This includes collecting and consolidating input from Business Entity Finance (BEF), Sales and Services Finance (SSF), and Customer Experience FP&A. The end result is to summarize the outlook into presentation for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). We are looking for a builder who can create queries and implement efficient processes to help build the packages used by the ELT. In the current plan cycle, we'll begin implementing many of the recurring metrics that have become so important to how we track the business. So an ability to learn RPO/ARR and become a knowledge resource is part of this role. You will partner with Office of the CEO, Strategy and Planning Teams across Cisco, while working closely with their Finance partners to ensure the financial data used in ELT presentations is consistent across the company. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance + 5 years of related experience, or MBA + 3 years of related experience Ability to work in a collaborative environment and interact at all levels of the organization Familiar with quarterly and annual budgeting and planning process |
