What you'll do


This role will join the FP&A team supporting the Global CX Centers, the service delivery arm of CX. The position will provide financial support for the Professional Services line of business. This is a rapidly growing business, demonstrating cost and talent efficiencies.


The financial analyst will be responsible for:


  • Monthly and quarterly spend forecasting.
  • Quarterly and annual budgeting cycles.
  • Monthly financial analysis and presentation of expenses.
  • Preparation and maintenance of dashboards for measuring financial and operational performance.
  • Operational improvements within FP&A activities.
  • Review and approve hiring and purchase requisitions, ensuring affordability and compliance.
  • PO Accruals, process compliance, invoice validation.
  • Managing internal cross charges, budget transfers, and other processes linked to spending management.
  • Developing and generating monthly reports for resource management.
  • Driving BOT initiatives and adoption under the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program.
  • Handle the P&L hierarchy to enable managerial views that drive practical insights.
  • Another financial modeling to drive business decisions.

You will be joining an outstanding finance team that has a hands-on impact on the growth of the business. This close-knit team interacts with all aspects of the business and is at the forefront of redefining the business towards automation and financial management excellence. You will also work closely with Service Delivery Managers and cross-functional leads in Operations and Vendor Management.


Who You Are


  • Business degree in finance, accounting or business with 4+ years of meaningful experience.
  • Finance/Accounting and operational reporting and analysis knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex requirements into solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to distill large amounts of data into key business drivers and trends
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience dealing with large amounts of data is essential
  • Passionate about taking ownership and driving improvements
  • Highly developed curiosity – ability to look past the numbers and understand the business environment as well as the root cause
  • Experience with Business Objects, Oracle, and SmartView is desired
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Must be able to partner optimally with virtual, global teams
