As a member of the IOT BU engineering team you will participate in the design, development and support of Cisco Cyber Vision which is a comprehensive asset inventory, network monitoring and threat detection solution for control engineers and IT security leaders to work together in building and leading efficient OT security strategies.

The advanced support of our solution requires the following skills in order of importance:

  • Ethernet network
  • OT Architecture and protocols
  • Linux network admin (optional)
  • Python (optional)

Escalation Engineer


  • Participate in the support of Cyber Vision ICS at a level 3. Level 1 and level 2 support team will escalate issues, the Escalation Engineer will have to understand and reproduce the issues and if possible, find root causes or potential root causes to help R&D developers.
  • Work on labs with automation product to improve the solution knowledge on industrial equipment.
  • Participate in the training of internal workforce when a new release is launched.
  • Contribute to the test and validation of new releases. Sometime work on customer sites for pilot phases.

Profiles needed:

  • Automation Integration Engineer with a good knowledge of Ethernet networks.
  • A specialist in industrial Ethernet networks with the ability to program and commission PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES... Knowledge in industrial protocols is required.
  • Engineers who have worked with integrators who work on projects with automation products.

Skills needed:

  • Ethernet networking
  • OT architecture and networks (PLC, DCS, Distributed SCADA systems …)
  • Customer support and Level 2 or 3 support
  • Linux (optional)
