The Global Sales Enablement Team (gSET) consists of team members across the globe looking to reinvent the way our sales force learns, collaborates, and wins. Within that group, the Sales Onboarding and Early Talent Development team focuses on driving adoption of behavioral selling skills with programs such as the Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) and Sales Onboarding Journey (SOJ). 

The Cisco Sales Associates Program is one of the most highly coveted early-in-career development programs crafted for young professionals from around the world who aspire to become the next generation of sales leaders at Cisco. Our 12-month program provides industry-leading immersive sales, business, technical and on-the-job training that will prepare Associate Sales Representatives (ASRs) and Associate Systems Engineers (ASEs) to become successful Account Managers and Systems Engineers in the sales organization. 

Sales Onboarding Journey is a cohort centric program that focuses on bringing experienced sellers and engineers that are new to Cisco up to speed on our culture, products and solutions, and our go-to-market strategy.

We have a highly collaborative and focused team with passion for enabling our sellers to understand the transformation of Cisco's portfolio and the benefits that it brings to our customers and partners. 

What you will do:

Enablement Solutions Architects work with Cisco's gSET organization to develop and deliver content for different modules. You will be primarily responsible for content that spans Cisco’s Data Center and IoT offerings. The ESA will also help lead the integration of practical and innovative sales capabilities, such as Design Thinking and Business Value Selling skills throughout the curriculum. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Align closely with our instructional design team to develop blended learning solutions focused on the Data Center and IoT portfolios. This includes presentations, videos, eLearning, whiteboards, group activities, quizzes, use case studies, cross-architectural design sessions, etc. This content is intended to be highly user-centric with flexibility to be delivered in live, virtual, or hybrid scenarios. 
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts including GVSE, VT programs, field representatives, product managers and others to establish strong understanding of the needs of the business. Your needs assessments should enable close alignment of our content and execution strategy to their business goals and deliverables. 
  • Deliver content to a wide variety of audience profiles including early-in-career and experienced sellers. Present material in a manner that is engaging, educational, and compelling. Adapt facilitation styles to audiences to ensure maximum alignment and knowledge retention. 

Who you are:

Passionate about working with and mentoring customers, partners, and peers, and enjoy working in fast paced learning environments that cultivate personal and professional development. 

Experienced professional who has developed and led engaging facilitations for groups of peers or leaders both virtually and in-person. 

Growth mindset individual willing to embrace change and adapt quickly to the dynamic business environment. 

Demonstrate digital dexterity and expertise in the online facilitation tools needed to run virtual and hybrid workshops.

Excellent communication is Required 

English language proficiency required 

6+ years of Cisco Field Sales experience preferred

Facilitator experience preferred
