As a member of the CX FAST (Financial Assurance and Strategy Team), you will often collaborate with multiple partners to structure CX non-standard deals. As Deal Consultant will be responsible for the functionally assurance of the deal and eventually provide business recommendation to the deal approvers. In the process, you will work with various partners including Account Team, CX Delivery team, Commercial Finance, Legal, and play a critical role as a trusted advisor of your business partners.

 

What You Will Do

CX FAST Deal Consultant You Will:

  • Support CX Renewal / Sales team to improve KPI such as iACV and GM to maximize CX business performance
  • Support Account team and Renewal team to build best possible deals construct with CX offerings, such as SFC (Service Full Coverage, EA and Success Track)
  • Assure non-standard CX deals and provide functional assurance in MDM
  • Work with CX regional P&L leads to jointly support business partners
  • Support FAST leadership on ad-hoc reports or projects or complex deals such as NFP migration, IoF view by account, and Discount trends

Our Minimum Requirements For This Role

Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred

8 years of experience

Sales or business facing experience

Deep understanding of financial concepts

Negotiation skills
