What You'll Do

The Join & Connect Inclusive Recruiting Program Manager will partner with the University and Professional recruiting teams, function business points of contact, hiring managers and external strategic partners to develop strategies and execute programs to help Cisco recruit and attract a broad spectrum of diversity talent.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Work with I&C Strategy lead to align functional I&C plans to annual inclusive recruiting strategy and executional actions to increase hiring among under represented groups

·       Partner with Recruiting leads, I&C Leads, Emerging Talent leads, function POCs, university managers and other partners to understand demand and drive annual recruitment fulfillment plans

·       Lead and/or direct existing and new diversity and inclusion projects/programs, build and deliver program status updates and presentations, including the assisting and defining project scope and goals

·       Work with recruiting leads to develop strategies and execute programs to identify and attract diverse talent to Cisco

·       Work with Join & Connect ID&A Global Inclusion Strategy lead, Recruiting leads, I&C Leads, Emerging Talent leads, function POCs, university managers and other partners to understand demand and drive annual recruitment fulfillment plans

·       Lead and/or direct existing and new diversity and inclusion projects/programs, build and deliver program status updates and presentations, including the assisting and defining project scope and goals

·       Work with recruiting leads to develop strategies and execute programs to identify and attract diverse talent to Cisco 

·       Create long- and short-term planning timelines, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and resource allocations

·       Build relationships with internal clients and function points of contact

·       Continually improve & evaluate current and potential diversity recruitment practices, ideas, opportunities, and affinity (ERO) partnerships to increase our ability to source diverse candidates

·       Communicate diversity engagement strategy to build relationships with internal (Affinity Groups) and external organizations that are potential sources of diverse talent

·       Build effective partnerships across Join & Connect teams to ensure consistency and ongoing tracking of diversity sourcing/research efforts and the active candidate generation for open positions

·       Identify opportunities to build the Cisco brand through greater visibility with recruiting platforms, conferences and strategic partners; and ways to expand relationships to new talent sourcing channels

·       Continuously identify ways to maintain and improve tracking the diversity, veteran and people with disabilities, talent pipeline within the Cisco ATS
