Cisco Meraki is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Distribution Account Manager to help rapidly scale our business through Cisco Meraki's distribution channel across Australia and New Zealad.  You will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for Cisco Meraki amongst our distributor and partner community, fostering a desire to sell Cisco Meraki products, problem solving with our operations team to enable smooth transactions, and driving partner-led revenue. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, and a passion for growing a business. This is a great growth role for an ambitious Distribution or Channel Account Manager seeking to broaden their experience, and make an impact on Cisco Meraki’s growth in the region.

This position is based in Sydney, Australia. 


  • Support and strengthen executive, sales, marketing, and operations-level relationships with distributors
  • Drive logistical, technical and sales readiness within distribution
  • Manage and optimize order/operations flow with Cisco Meraki fulfillment
  • Implement marketing and market development plans with assigned distributors to drive 2-Tier revenue growth
  • Communicate programs, promotions, and product launches to Distribution sales teams and analyze trends
  • Communicate effectively across Cisco and distributors to ensure the best possible outcomes


  • Proven track record of effectiveness and over-performance in sales or partner management role
  • Autonomous, team-player, hard-worker, self-motivated, multi-tasking and influential
  • Prefer previous experience working with IT Distributors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Able to travel 25% - 50% of time
  • University Degree preferred
