What You'll Do

As the Director, UKI Small Business (SB), you will perform the following:

  • Responsible for the SB strategy orchestration in the theatre and for the overall SB sales targets and accurate forecasting.
  • The SB Sales leader is also accountable to establish all the necessary strategic relationships with all the SB stakeholders in the UKI theatre, including distribution, partner and marketing teams, in order to drive the SB planned activities.
  • Responsible for driving consistent profitable growth, meeting all financial & non-financial KPIs, in the Small Business for UKI.
  • Work across functional boundaries to Transform our approach to Small Business in the areas of Portfolio, Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, Channel Partners, IT & Ops and WW Field Sales.
  • Build a short/medium & long-term plan showing key initiatives and highlighting progress and accomplishments on a regular basis to the Theatre VP for UKI.
  • Ensure Cisco becomes the undisputed leader in Small Business for UK & Ireland.


Who You'll Work With

You will be responsible for a set of SB Sales Managers for the UKI Theatre, with Ireland and Scotland resources dotted line reporting to him/her.

  • Ability to drive a sustainable cultural shift within the organization focused on continuous innovation, digitization, driving decisions through data, business outcomes mind-set, and an outside in view of customer experience.

  • Ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, business and financial acumen.

Qualifications

  • The candidate for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, a significant portion of which should come from large, global high-technology companies leading or managing within the Small Business Segment.
  • The candidate should have relevant experience in sales or marketing and channels to the Small Business Segment.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of requirements to drive success in Small Business for hardware or software, or ideally both.
  • A track record of thriving in highly-matrixed global organizations, particularly those that require executives work in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to shape business strategy and execute without direct resource authority.
