Role & Responsibility
SPBU is looking for a strategic thinker and an inspirational, game changing product marketing leader who can help create and build a multi billion dollar software P&L around SP networking software assets. The ideal candidate will partner with the organization's senior leaders and the broader x-functional teams to plan and operationalize the transformational strategy needed to deliver sustainable industry leading growth.

Minimum Qualification
* Solid understanding of the SP market and Changing dynamics
* Great customer relationships at senior levels
* Proven experience at making markets not following them
* Extensive experience with software monetization models
* Solid experience at market/TAM/SAM forecasting and accuracy
* P&L experience
* Change agent with high degree of passion and positive attitude
* Ability to collaborate, lead and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization
* Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to create content or presentations that are clearly written and succinct, comfortable presenting to small groups, internal stakeholders, and external communities including analysts, press, partners, and customer
* Highly Collaborative and Team Player
* Experience in
o Marketing Networking OS, SW Product Lines
o SP NetOps Transformation and Automation
o Simplification and SW Product Line Definitions
o Solutions and Deployment --- Definition and Deployment of SW Products and Solutions
o Pricing model familiarity including term/subscription, consumption, pre-paid models as well as service/support model attachment models are required
o Strong understanding of the product integration capabilities required for the next-generation of SW solutions as we move up the stack to customer facing services in the automation/orchestration arena
o Inbound/Outbound Marketing Expertise: This is a fundamentally transformative business unit that has to be marketed properly internally as well as externally.
o GTM, Services Liaison, and Biz Dev
o Experience in working with sales and channel teams
