Meet the Team

We are an innovation team on a mission to transform how enterprises harness AI. Operating with the agility of a startup and the focus of an incubator, we’re building a tight-knit group of AI and infrastructure experts driven by innovative ideas and a shared goal: to rethink systems from the ground up and deliver breakthrough solutions that redefine what's possible - faster, leaner, and smarter.

We thrive in a fast-paced, experimentation-rich environment where new technologies aren’t just welcome — they’re expected. Here, you'll work side-by-side with top-tier engineers, architects, and thinkers to craft the kind of iconic products that can reshape industries and unlock entirely new models of operation for the enterprise.

If you're motivated by the challenge of solving hard problems, love working at the edge of the latest innovations in the industry, and want to help craft the future of Infrastructure for Artificial Intelligence infrastructure -we'd love to meet you.

Your Impact

As Director of Product, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the next generation of enterprise-grade AI infrastructure. You’ll lead the product vision for a software platform that enables scalable, cost-efficient, and high-performance AI workloads across on-prem and cloud environments.

Your work will directly impact how data scientists, ML engineers, and infrastructure teams develop, deploy, and scale AI — from foundation models to real-time inference — across heterogeneous hardware and hybrid environments. You’ll help abstract away complexity while providing deep control, visibility, and performance tuning capabilities, empowering enterprises to move faster and innovate with confidence.

  • Own and articulate the product strategy, and roadmap for our AI infrastructure platform.
  • Lead and grow a small team of high-performing PMs, nurturing a culture of ownership, experimentation, and rapid learning.
  • Serve as a key voice in planning, positioning, and cross-functional initiatives — from partnerships to customer engagements.
  • Explore opportunities across MLOps, GenAI pipelines, FinOps, and AI observability to build compelling platform capabilities.
  • Drive differentiation through close alignment with hardware advancements (GPUs, AI accelerators, storage, networking).
  • Engage with strategic customers and field teams to identify emerging needs, validate direction, and incorporate feedback into product decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to plan, implement, and optimize agile sprints, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of software releases.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams to build features that span orchestration, observability, and governance.
  • Leverage Jira to lead product backlogs, track progress, and enhance transparency and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role within infrastructure, cloud, or AI platforms.
  • Proven success launching enterprise grade technical products involving orchestration, compute scheduling, model serving, or similar systems.
  • Solid understanding and demonstrable experience with AI infrastructure: GPUs, model training and inference lifecycle, Kubernetes, containerization, multi-tenant environments or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and aligning product vision to strategic needs.
  • Technical background (CS, EE, or similar); advanced degree or MBA a plus.
  • Experience with MLOps ecosystems (MLflow, Kubeflow), observability, or FinOps in AI.

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
