Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is one of Cisco’s fastest growing teams, and the CX Engineering & Product Incubation (CX E&PI) group is transforming how Cisco delivers value to our customers & partners via our product portfolio. The CX Cloud product management and incubation team’s charter with in CXE&PI group is to build state of the art digital platform with an aim to completely transform service delivery and its consumption. What You’ll Do

This role is core to our vision and strategy to be the Digital Gateway & Experience for all Customer Aspirations. As a leader of cloud platform in CX Cloud product management and incubation, you will provide an overall oversight of the data and analytics platform definitions and requirements across the emerging cloud portfolio and the evolution of same against the requirements to support various SaaS offers. You will understand and easily able to articulate the evolving market for the cloud products against the evolving business needs and unique opportunistic needs as defined by the SaaS teams within CX Cloud Product Management function.

Who You’ll Work With

In this exciting role, you'll be empowered to make a difference, establish a reputation, and position yourself for continued growth. Reporting to the head of CX Cloud product management, this role will work across CX E&PI and the broader CX group. You will partner closely and collaborate with engineering leaders such as Head of CX Cloud Platform, CX Cloud Operations, Chief Information and Security Officer, Program Management, Data and Analytics etc and their teams to drive adoption of a security mindset and practices.

Specifically, you will:

  • Responsible for having an overall vision of the cloud platform and clearly laid out execution plan
  • Lead team of product managers to define and drive use cases, product requirements, roadmap prioritization and release plan for the platform across the entire stack– UX, deployment, security, support, upgrade, metering, auditing, scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with the product line owners and product owners to handle the intricate details of their product segments within the overall project vision.
  • Go to person who can convey the E2E view of the product (architecture, strategy, execution, status, data etc.)

Who You Are

You are a motivated self-starter with a bias for action. You have a consistent track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills to lead multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively. You have cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization.

Our minimum requirements are the following:

  • You've achieved a Bachelors in EE or CS, or have equivalent work experience with a Master’s degree (MS/MBA)
  • Has 12+ years of combined experience in engineering, product management or solution architecture; minimum of 3+ experience in product management
  • Strong understanding of IaaS (AWS, GCP), PaaS (Cloud Foundry etc) and cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and modern web and application development concepts & technologies
  • Proven track record for launching new products and driving customer adoption
  • A thought leader and influencer with experience in driving mindset shifts
  • Has a bias towards taking action, learning from customers, measuring success and iterating to improve
  • Builds trust and relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, sales, delivery and customer success to enable their respective success
