Who You'll Work With

People Solutions team is a Global Digital Product team providing production support for our enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated Non-Workday People Solutions and delivers new capabilities and value into the platform.

The People Solutions team forms part of the Digital Experience team, which is a Global Digital team delivering at scale people solutions for Cisco. We support our enterprise HCM platforms, delivering new capabilities and value to the ecosystem. We are partners with our People and Communities leadership team and enable digital solutions for our portfolio of offerings for our people at Cisco. We have a culture of innovation, collaboration, and are continually seeking to improve our approach to the work we do.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and maintain all ATS setup data
  • Trouble shoot recruitment related issues
  • Trouble shoot recruitment related issues and provide resolution as a Level 2 support
  • Manage issues involving business processes relating to recruitment
  • Keep design and process documentation current
  • Participating in multi-functional discussions on future enhancements
  • Design and configuration of recruitment related future enhancements and optimization
  • Continuously research solutions to check for enhancements, updates in the products
  • Understands other solutions and applications and how they interact with People Solutions
  • Over time train the new resources and provide guidance and instruction to other team members and coaching to more junior team members.
  • Interface regularly with all the Digital Experience product teams
  • UAT/ Go Live Testing

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and continuously look to prioritize individual scope
  • Strong decision making and critical thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision and possesses good interpersonal skills and teaming skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate and develop a shared understanding of complex concepts, including via delivering training/demos (presentations and/or facilitation) both in person and virtual (WebEx and/or telepresence)
