What you will do
You will be part of the Webex Devices operations team, working on improving the end-to-end experience for our customer. With your team, you will be responsible for analyzing today’s customer experience, suggest areas of improvements and work with the cross-functional team to implement changes. You will be working closely with selected customers as well as the whole value chain of teams that support our customers.

Who are you

  • You are a self-starter, excited by driving improvement projects;
  • You put customers and their experience first;
  • You have long experience from working in one or more of the following areas, preferably from a collaboration aspect - marketing, sales, customer success, production, development, support;
  • You are a good listener and enjoy working in cross-functional teams;
  • You have an understanding of and interest in the Service Design practice
  • You communicate clearly and effectively and have excellent English verbal and written skills;
  • You are ok with doing some traveling and working different time zones;
