What You'll Do

As a Compensation Analyst, as part of the Compensation Solutions & Intelligence team, you will be responsible for:

· Contributing to the success of the overall compensation team and our offerings
· Assisting Leaders with compensation questions and decisions
· Supporting Leaders and P&C in the review and execution of off-cycle compensation business processes in Workday
· Compensation case management via Siebel
· Identifying, proposing, and executing continuous improvement projects
· Budget tracking and reporting

Minimum Qualifications & Desired Skills

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 4+ years in a compensation analyst, business analyst, operations or customer service related role
· Familiarity with HR practices and offering including knowledge of compensation fundamentals: base, bonus / incentive and stock plans, strategies, and principles
· Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
· Superb listening and communication skills including verbal, written, presentation as well as strong interpersonal and soft skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing business needs, experience working in a fast-paced case management environment a plus
· Proficient in MS Office applications
