What You’ll Do

The Communications Strategist is responsible for developing the story, coordinated communications program plans, and program management for Cisco’s key thought leadership narratives.

Who You Are

Responsibilities include

  • Support the message development and global rollout for Global Communications’ priority thought leadership programs
  • Design and deliver insights-driven, digital-first program activations
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Global Communications, including AR, PR, Storytelling, Social, and the regional teams, as well as other key business partners such as Global Marketing, Employee Communications, and the ELT Executive Communications team to drive coordinated execution
  • Partner with the Communications Intelligence team to measure the impact and scale of our integrated thought leadership communications programs

Global Communications is responsible for building and protecting Cisco’s reputation – helping to grow mindshare and ultimately, marketshare. As a key leader in the Strategy & Storytelling team, you will partner closely with PR, AR, and the Regional Communications teams, as well as business, marketing and sales stakeholders.
