About the opportunity:

We are currently offering a Communications Internship (12 months) within the Cisco Customer Experience Centers in Krakow. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of different areas and projects, which will include:


·       Support Cisco Poland Internal Communications Lead on internal and external conferences, events and initiatives

·       Prepare presentations for editorial board to review communications activities

·       Contribute to internal events broadcasts (All Hands / Townhalls) – pre-communications, event production, onsite support and event follow-up

·       Creating and reviewing articles for internal newsletters for relevance, accuracy and compelling content

·       Upkeep of internal online community content

·       Support with Social Media activities aligned to campaigns

Project Management:

·       Day to day project administration and management

·       Developing and supporting key strategic initiatives

·       Analysis of data relating to projects and programs


·       Good communication and writing skills

·       The ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural environment

·       Good understanding of project planning methods, prioritization and time management skills

·       Foundation knowledge of internal communications and marketing (social media channels)

·       Enjoys working to tight deadlines in a high pressured environment

·       Excellent English language skills


·       Be a true self-starter, conscientious and proactive, with the ambition and energy to succeed in a fast-moving and dynamic international organization

·       Be confident, resilient and committed, with a highly developed team spirit

·       Have a can-do pragmatic approach to problem solving

·       Studying areas in Marketing, PR & communications, business economics or other social sciences departments
