The Regional Commercial Business Partner is a key role within the APJC Commercial & Small Business Organisation that owns & drive the success of Commercial & Small Business across the region. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop the Commercial GTM strategy, develop the plan, and operationalize it through the field sales teams and track the same.

What You'll Do

This is a strategic role combining sales & business development skills to drive complex initiatives spanning cross-functional organizations. The role is expected to collaborate and drive in-country Commercial & Small Business Teams and various cross – functional teams across the Region and APJC to drive success. Responsibilities also include enabling Global Commercial and Small Business strategy and blueprint, and drive adoption of growth acceleration initiatives across the given region.

  • Communicate GTM structure & customer segmentation
  • Ensure clarity & execution of Sales motions by tier
  • Support Sales Plays Execution
  • Replicate Best Practices

With Functions:

  • Provide training and support adoption of Commercial Tools
  • Align with Commercial blueprint
  • Support Sales Plays Execution

  • Build architecture performance & execution plan

With Commercial & Small Business Leadership Teams

  • Support Commercial business planning and performance review
