As a Global Partner Success Manager for Webex, you will be responsible for working together with a named, strategic partner for them to deliver on the promise of the lifecycle of the Cisco customer experience in providing Onboarding, Adoption, Expansion, and Renewal.
As an ideal candidate, you have expertise in developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships, translating business value to the customer, and driving execution with the partner of key metrics. You possess a solid understanding of how to identify business outcomes and develop a strategic plan to help the customer meet those defined goals.
With a customer-first approach, you will be the partner’s key contact for driving Cloud Collaboration Customer Success. You will enable and support them to provide great customer experience, drive proactive adoption, retain and grow their customer base while executing on strategic initiatives. You will assist your partner in implementing and understanding customer success as a strategic advisor and consultant.
Experience in strategic alliances, business development, and customer success required, ideally within Tech or SaaS based company.
