The 'Cisco Webex Digital Marketing Manager APJC' will lead the ‘Digital Marketing’ and ‘Demand Generation’ team in the region. You are an integral part of a regional leadership team who help customers achieve transformational business outcomes through the adoption of Cisco’s business collaboration solutions.


The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader who can get the best out of a diverse team of exceptional talent.


You will drive strategies, and drive planning, managing, executing and measuring program across the full digital & demand spectrum and working with teams across the world to help you achieve and succeed.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, lead and mentor a regional team of specialist in digital marketing and demand generation
  • Research, develop and deploy regional and country demand strategies aligned to growth targets and operational KPI’s.
  • Be the driving force behind the Webex.com freemium and e-commerce engine.
  • Work closely with Webex regional and global marketing teams, to launch and manage pan-regional integrated marketing & communications programs.
  • Shape global, regional and in-country campaigns and content strategy in response to local market requirements
  • Know the business, the market and your customers better than anyone else in Asia Pacific, through continuous market and operational analysis.
  • Be a key member of the Cisco Webex APJC Management team identify growth and optimization opportunities.

Who you are:


You have strong background in leading a Digital and Demand Generation Marketing operations in the APJC market. You will closely partner with the sales leadership in addition to regional and/ or marketing teams worldwide on delivering quantifiable business outcomes.

You are a well-rounded marketing leader that can think strategically, proactively and outside of the box. You can build marketing plans for various segments, lines of business and verticals.

You will be passionate about your solutions, your customers, your team and understanding the market dynamics in which you operate.


Requirements for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business management or related area.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the Asia Pacific region with a strong record of running all aspects of digital marketing operations.
  • Experience in working closely with sales organisations and leadership to deliver on aligned KPI’s.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and support their development.
  • Deep understanding of the unique qualities, cultures and business acumen.
  • Technology marketing with SaaS experience is advantageous, ideally with a good understanding of the SaaS and application market.
  • Fluent in the English language skills is important and the ability to work with virtual teams is needed. Secondary language is advantageous (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin) as the role will be supporting teams across markets in Asia.
  • Experience handling agency rosters to support on delivery plans.
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement
