WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will support the Cisco Capital Americas team by directly supporting multiple segments, who deliver more than $3.5B in annual bookings enablement for Cisco. Responsibilities may include:

  • Quarterly & Annual Forecasting, Planning, QBR’s
  • Partner directly with Capital sales around deal solutions to enable Cisco business by meeting customer needs. Includes partnering with Cisco finance controllers, Commercial Finance and conducting deal review & approval.
  • You will articulate the enablement to Cisco and analyze the performance in the quarter.
  • You will have to manage multiple stakeholders: Cisco Capital Americas sales team, Cisco Americas Finance Team, other capital functions including Cisco accounting, tax and treasury.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Finance Manager with exceptional finance acumen and a proven ability to business partnering cross functionally. You are highly motivated, passionate about your work, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You are able to connect the dots in complex situations yet present them in a simplified manner. You strong communications and collaboration skills with the ability to guide teams and work towards positive outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • 8-10+ years of finance experience
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels (including financial systems)
  • Experience working cross functionally
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with FinABC, Business Objects and Essbase preferred.
