What You'll Do
Cisco is looking for a visionary, experienced leader who will lead a key pillar of our circular economy program passionate about the lifecycle management, takeback and reuse of our equipment. You will be working collaboratively to set strategy, identify and align new opportunities, build business cases, and implement new business models. You will build and manage strong cross-functional relationships at all levels of the business to enable a successful circular economy program for all of Cisco.
You'll lead programs every single day to support and drive circular economy projects throughout Cisco, that require data analytics, metrics, work plans and relationship building. You will hold functional teams accountable for their individual contributions to the overall program. In addition to leading and aligning internal cross-functional teams, this role will involve external engagement with customers and partners.

Who You Are
You are an ambitious person who has experience and real passion for sustainability, particularly circular economy. You are not afraid to take ownership of big, groundbreaking projects that involve calculated risks to the business. You can expertly manage and drive key circular economy projects that are in-flight and also help bring new circular economy projects to life.
10+ years experience in program or project management.
MBA or other Master's-level degree (Sustainability or Environmental-related programs are preferred but not required)
You should also have demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategy, leading complex cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, data analytics, and change management.
Experience with reverse and service logistics, remanufacturing, electronics recycling, tools and systems definition and implementation, and offer development will be strongly beneficial, as well as experience working with and addressing external partners.
