The UK Bureau Delivery Team works with Major UK Network operators, among other industries, using Webex Campaign – a bespoke, in-house platform that enables the team to build, test, and deploy – to deliver SMS, MMS and Email campaigns to the client’s request. 

The successful candidate will be experienced in using web-based applications to deploy client campaigns, be able take ownership of their campaigns, and possess the dedication and attention to detail to deliver a variety of projects on time and to high client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Complete training on Webex Campaign and gain a practical understanding of all the capabilities it has to offer. We offer full training, tailored to your preference and pace
  • Build and deploy multiple cross-channel campaigns via SMS, MMS and Email, often working on multiple different campaigns at one time
  • Liaise with CISCO clients and other partners in the support of deploying campaigns
  • Ensure all processes and client briefs are followed, and campaigns are delivered correctly, on time and to the exact client spec
  • Provide feedback internally and externally for any learnings/ways of improving for next time
  • Think critically, and see opportunity for more efficient/beneficial ways of working, as well as ways to provide the best customer experience on behalf of our clients
  • Provide additional client support e.g. troubleshooting, training on the dashboard for new members of the client’s teams
  • Produce a weekly report on activity to the Senior Campaign Delivery Manager
  • Work with the development team in India on troubleshooting, as well as finding new capabilities for clients that use Webex Campaign 
  • Assist in the implementation of mobile optimised email capability 
  • Drive the progression of the Bureau as a managed service within the existing client base and increase its exposure to other parts of our clients businesses 
  • Provide reporting and insight to campaign performance to existing clients 
  • Develop and learn how to use Webex Connect across other channels such as RCS, ABC and Whatsapp

  • Meet quarterly KBT’s as set by your line manager and the Head of Managed Services

Who You Are

Experience, qualifications, and technical knowledge:

Must have:

  • Minimum experience of 1 year working in campaign management (includes planning, deployment and evaluations) 
  • HTML experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Looking for a supportive and collaborative team and company environment
  • A proactive and can-do attitude who is always willing to support, push themselves, and learn more


  • A relevant degree
  • Experience with using Microsoft office applications
  • Experience in a CRM discipline
  • A technical background or strong interest in technology
