Who we are:

CX Digital Transformation (CXDT) is an organization that is built on driving Customer Experience. This team provides business ownership of all platforms driving Cisco's Customer Experience transformation.

 

What will you do?

  • S/He will be responsible for digital business architecture from technology strategy, business architecture, data architecture, solution architecture design, and innovation to drive the digital transformation for the top strategic CX programs.
  • Define and build Business Process, Business Capabilities, Drive new Business Policies and Technical and Data Architecture for CX
  • Drive and design the business solution architecture that will connect the CX Cloud for Customers and Partners with the greater ecosystem of Cisco platforms
  • Engage and have regular exposure with CX Business, CX Engineering, and IT Leadership Teams. 
  • Provide domain business expertise on ERP, SaaS, Recurring Revenue, Customer Success and related business processes and deep expertise in new & emerging digital technologies including, but not limited to the Salesforce platforms, Advanced Analytics, API Management, Content management, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business leaders in defining digital transformation from vision, strategy to execution.
  • Create and drive digital transformation strategies for CX Cloud Platform integration/ alignment to Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals
  • Execute in an extremely agile environments where business and technology leaders engage in detailed problem solving regularly
  • Work closely with many teams across a matrix organization structure.
 

Who You'll Work With

  • This is a position within the Cisco Customer Experience Digital Transformation (CXDT) team will have regular exposure to CX Business, CX Engineering, and IT Leadership Teams. 
  • Work with fellow business domain experts in ERP, Cloud, SaaS, Recurring Revenue, Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support, and related business processes
  • Collaborate with fellow deep subject matter experts in new & emerging digital technologies including, but not limited to the AWS platforms, Salesforce Platforms, Advanced Analytics, API Management, Content management, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing.
  • Engage directly with business & technology leaders to solve business, solution, and technical problems in a fluid agile environment
  • Work closely with many teams across a matrix organization structure.

  • 12+ years’ experience as a business Architect in a large organization, Defining Business Process, Business Capabilities, Drive new Business Policies and Technical and Data Architecture
  • 5+ Years of Functional Domain knowledge in Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, & Support
  • Proven experience delivering successful Cloud Application Deployments with integrations to multiple systems
  • Strong Technical and functional knowledge of AWS and Salesforce
  • Manage multiple stakeholder expectations, Sales/Finance Business users, IT, Data Analysts
  • Ability to work with technical developers and architects in explaining business requirements
  • Experience working in an agile methodology
