Under this role you will be part of the APJC Customer Experience (CX) Finance FP&A team
- Support the month/quarter end process which involves P/L analysis, variance analysis and reporting to business partners as well as WW finance
- Coordinating expense management, budgeting process, PO accruals, month closure activities
- Reporting including Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reports
- Supporting Theatre finance teams in their RTB activities as well as adhoc analysis required
- Aligning and keeping up with the constant changes in the evolving CX organization
- Enhancing and further developing the AS/TS business views and working closely with the Service Ops team in the reporting and forecasting

Who You are:
- CA/MBA preferred
- Ability to use data and convert that information into key business messages
- Ability to Multi-task and adhere to the timelines
- Strong Intuition for Business coupled with good understanding of Cisco Processes
- Cross functional engagement
- Curiosity about growing efficiency and driving process improvements
- Positive team oriented, collaborative demeanour. Willingness to learn/adapt
- Change agent – ready to transform the organization
- Overall proven experience of 6-8 years
