Under this role you will be part of the APJC Customer Experience (CX) Finance FP&A team leading the Reporting capabilities for CX APJC including the key Transformational Metrics

Responsibilities Include:

  •      Leading the reporting and analytics on Transformational Metrics like AOV,ARR,iACV, Renewal Metrics, RPO, etc
  •      Coordinating with Regional Sales Finance teams for Funnel, Discounts, Bookings information and periodic reporting
  •      Responsible for Overall CX APJC reporting, Scorecards
  •      Aligning and keeping up with the constant changes in the evolving CX organization
  •      Being involved in Restatements, Planning activities, Business hygiene -Backlog Management
  •      Enhancing and further developing the AS/TS business views and working closely with the Service Ops team in the reporting and forecasting

  •      CA/MBA preferred
  •      Ability to use large amounts of data and convert that information into key business messages
  •      Ability to Multi-task and adhere to the timelines
  •      Strong Intuition For Business coupled with good understanding of Cisco Processes
  •      Cross functional engagement
  •      Curiosity about growing efficiency and driving process improvements
  •      Positive team oriented, collaborative demeanour. Willingness to learn/adapt
  •      Change agent – ready to transform the organization
  •      Overall proven experience of 10-12 years
