CPXE UX Research and Recruitment Coordinator, Customer Experience

 

Cisco’s Customer Experience Design Group is looking for a UX Research and Recruitment Coordinator to support our expanding team. You will act as a public ambassador for our design and incubation team, and serve as a liaison across our team managers, customer and partner research participants, recruiters, and job candidates.

 

Your Responsibilities

       Manage the research and candidate recruiting process, including posting available research opportunities and job positions to relevant recruiting channels

       Work closely with managers and our recruiters to ensure the diversity of candidates in our recruitment channels

       Screen potential candidates by phone, email, or survey to make sure they’re a good match for study or job requirements

       Schedule sessions for team members and candidates, and communicate with them about logistical details throughout the process

       Manage the distribution of research study incentives and maintain research participant database

       Contribute to recruitment channel growth strategies

       Drive process improvement initiatives to make ongoing recruitment and onboarding activities a more efficient and enjoyable experience for all involved

       Document research and candidate recruitment processes and best practices for our team

       Maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects

       Maintain status reports for research and recruitment projects

       Stay aware of and assist with compliance for evolving GDPR /data privacy laws, as well as Cisco legal, InfoSec, HR, and finance policies

 

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of an innovative experience design team responsible for reimagining the way customers and partners interact with Cisco. Our team develops forward-looking applications, solutions, and services across cloud, desktop, and mobile platforms.

 

Who You Are

       1-3 years experience in a scheduling, recruiting, or research coordination role

       Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills and a bias toward action

       You're a people person, comfortable calling and conversing with potential candidates on research topics

       Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and time-driven tasks

       Excellent communication and collaboration skills to keep team and candidates informed on progress

       Thrive in a remote work environment

       Experience with publishing tools like Wordpress or Sharepoint is a plus

       Extra credit if you are already familiar with basic UX research and design methodologies
