•Responsible for driving new services bookings, aligning with Account teams on services opportunities and with CX teams on upsell proposals (excluding renewals)
•Drive the pre-sales engagement for new Services opportunities with Account teams, CX teams and Partners
•Own development of new Services proposals that maximize customer, Cisco and Partner value
•Manages creation and completion of the SOW with support (for reuse and consistency) from CX Center Deal Acceleration Team (sign off by Deliver
•Manager and Services Management when required by policy)
•Bring deep technical and services expertise to sales cycle to accelerate buying decisions and customer outcomes
•Ensures deal finalization steps are completed from vendor selection through purchase
