What You'll Do
The Global Business Development Organization accelerates the revenue and impact of Learning@Cisco programs by focusing on increasing customer outcomes and providing knowledge/ learning solutions to customers and partners that enable them to increase the capability of their workforce. This role will be responsible for increasing our footprint in customer accounts and developing relationships with customers that allow us to reach both IT and LOB customers with their workforce development goals.
Working closely with our Sales and Services delivery teams, we are making an impact by bringing our rich assets, deep domain expertise and consultative skills to the Services discussion. Our goal is to reach every customer with a services relationship to use our workforce solutions to their full potential.

Learning@Cisco provides customer training solutions for core and advanced Cisco technologies. Our mission is to empower Cisco customers to optimize their network investment. We are a global team under Learning@Cisco, providing educational resources, training, consulting services, social networks and communities that accelerate productivity, opportunity, and growth.
Who You Are
You are a self-starter and a team player with a track record of success in combining technical and consultative business skills to drive the business.
You have demonstrable leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross functionally while being able to handle conflicting pressures and priorities. You have excellent verbal and written skills in communicating and positioning Learning@Cisco services solution value and capabilities to Client Executive audience. You have prior experiences developing and winning multi-year solutions contracts across all markets and industries. You have defined objectives to meet targets and worked with pricing/ forecasting tools and processes. You can influence a diverse set of stakeholders with your excellent relationship skills and commitment to driving good decisions to ensure our Sales and Partner’s needs are being met.
Our minimum qualifications are:
· 10+ years experience with Services Sales, Business Development, and Operational Management.
· Demonstrated track record of pursuing and managing services engagements of $1M+
· BA/BS required, MBA preferred
· Ability to work with teams across international time zones and complex cross-functional groups
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are necessary
· Strong partnership skills and relationship management a must
· Ability to travel (target of 25%)
