Responsible for driving business success in the Small segment through Distribution/2T VAR partner network and emergin new RTMs like online and Managed services partners.Work with Distributors and Small segment sales/marketing/architecture  stakeholders to design,communicate and execute offers,campaigns and coverage to drive partner nurture,recruit and develop to focus on serving the Small business segment.Leverage frameworks like partner journey and Disti Investments to align Small territory plans with Distribution led scaling efforts.Responsible for measurement and review of business results and working with other stakeholders in Small segment to refine and revise to drive impact

Who You'll Work With   Small segment sales owners (theatre small business leader,Marketing,Product /Architecture and Offer creation teams Service and Software teams and Disti teams in theatre 

Who You Are-Experience with building and executing a scale business and past record of success acting as an orchestrator of multi functional teams ,use of data driven decision frameworks and working with Distribution and mid/small size VAR for business success
