As an Account Manager at Cisco you’ll play a pivotal role in the sales process and work with a large portfolio of technology products and services. You’ll help advance the Commercial Sales team to make our customers’ lives better and easier.

The Intel/Cisco EPIC Sales Specialist will quarterback, manage & drive the sales process within the US Enterprise/Commercial/Public Sector segments for prospective customers and channel partners. They will deliver growth in new business across the region through the development of strategic relationships with accounts having a focus on EPIC Migration from CacheDB to IRIS. The Intel/Cisco Sales Specialist will be encouraged to build and implement well-defined account plans and drive success with our Key Identified Partners. They will also help to train all sales & partners around this opportunity. This is an individual contributor position and will be carrying a quota to achieve.

Skills and Experience

  • A highly driven individual with an ambitious mindset; adept and impactful in delivering sales presentations, onsite visits and product demonstrations to prospective clients while fostering customer relations
  • Be the EPIC Champion to Cisco peers, customers & partners in accelerating the EPIC Migrations
  • Leverage the install base & help to drive opportunities around EPIC Migration within the whole Portfolio
  • Jointly define and implement internal/external GTM activities to increase momentum of technologies and meet defined engagement requirements as outlined
  • Develop content to promote EPIC Migration solutions
  • Drive registration to targeted healthcare customers to Cisco + Intel EPIC events
  • Defined and agree on targets before the start of the quarter.
  • Bi-weekly syncs to review pipeline and sales data to help align resources towards opportunities
  • Training sessions to ramp up on technology for internal and external stakeholders
  • Quarterly report out to Intel stakeholders on forecast and strategy
  • Monthly meetings with key identified Cisco partners focused on account alignment and strategy
  • Tag all deals within SFDC
