Business Development Lead – Financial Services


What You’ll Do:

       As a FSI BDM leader, you will lead all industry focused engagements with top tier accounts in the banking and financial services sector in ASEAN region

       As the Business Development Lead for FSI segment, you will be responsible for positioning current and upcoming industry focused solutions and assess roadmaps for feasibility within the ASEAN context

       Carry out detailed “As-Is” assessment of customer’s business and IT landscape and operating model, assess requirements/use cases, challenges

       Develop and deliver point of views (POVs), and proposals to meet customer’s business and IT transformation needs

       You will actively develop and manage key executive relationships with our customer key stakeholders, facilitate client sessions, manage all aspects of Cisco teams and client communications as well as schedules, and ensure appropriate Cisco resources are engaged.


Who You Will Work With:

       You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of Account teams, business architects, value consultants, services and product sales teams

       You work will entail travel for 30-60% of your time depending on your location of work


Who You Are:

       10 years+ experience in IT infrastructure consulting, outsourcing, business development or working in the technology environment with top tier banking and financial services institutions

       Demonstrated ability to drive large Enterprise consulting sales by building trust and influencing high level, executive relationships – LOB and IT

       Experience in IT operating environment (including applications, infrastructure, operations) in the banking sector

       Strong understanding of trends in the banking and financial sectors including evolution in payments, digital banks as well as new regulations

       Financially fluent – produce and present the financial analyses and lead client discussions on the impact to financial value they can potentially achieve

       Strong understanding of technology and services delivery frameworks

       Analytical thinker with a flair for working with details

       Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively, drive and own engagements across in a cross-functional Multi-national environment

       Ability to work with ambiguity and continually learn and improve approaches and methodologies

       Strong Project Management skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
