The Product Data Team (PDT) is part of the Supply Chain Product Operations /Innovation team. PDT is in transformation from focusing on data execution to proving valuable data management services to stakeholders. We are seeking a data driven, results-minded operational expert to accelerate the transformation. You will be responsible for CX offer enablement and lifecycle management, service data management, and process optimization and transformation.

  • Program manage Service NPI and sustaining offer execution, and lead vendor resources to implement service strategies and ensure timely delivery of offers
  • Drive PDT operational process optimization and transformation
  • Be a trusted advisor for stakeholders to solve business problems
  • Analyze large data sets to make data driven recommendations to improve service data quality

Who You'll Work With

Working in Product Data Team under Supply Chain Product Operation/Innovation team, you will partner with Supply Chain Offer Lifecycle Enablement team closely, and collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders including CX, CPS, Finance and IT. You are the service data expert, providing operational expertise to cross-functional stakeholders to solve business problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience Operation, CX(Cisco Services), or Business Management
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
