You will be a part of the Global Renewals Policy (GRP) team responsible to drive the renewal process and policy transformation, scale through automation, and transforming the recurring revenue model through different transformational projects and initiatives. You will operate optimally across a matrix organization that spans CX, DES, Sales, Finance, and multiple BEs.

What You'll Do

As an individual contributor, you will be a part of a small team of product managers who are responsible to lead one of the CX's top priorities - Digital Renewals and Co-term! The team has strong business acumen and product management experience with the ability to navigate between the big picture and the details with speed and agility.

You will provide data-driven decision-making and intelligence through the generation of complex reports and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations. Day-to-day, you will :

  • Be a part of a highly visible cross-functional CX initiative and help increase the recurring revenue for Cisco with low-touch and digitization efforts targeted for the long-tail renewals
  • Identify trends & patterns in datasets, locate points of influence, and communicate synthesized data results
  • Conduct deep analysis of various attributes (e.g., product, technology, sentiment, segment, business entity, customer) to determine key drivers
  • Define, analyze and translate business requirements and Use Cases partnering with Business Stakeholders and SMEs to resolve business problems
  • Assist business functions with data analysis for business/value case development for key strategic initiatives
  • Model internal business processes and data flow, identifying critical components that affect functionality and system performance

Who You Are

You have experience leading contending priorities and influencing internal partners and business owners. You use process and functional skills to quickly learn and assimilate new information. You can handle/prioritize and drive the execution of multiple projects.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of related Program, Project, Business Analysis, or Change Management work experience
  • PMP or equivalent Project management Certification is a plus
  • Agile certifications are a plus
